# Acme Homeware — Support FAQ

## Returns
You can return any item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no
questions asked. Items must be in their original packaging. Refunds are
issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of our
warehouse receiving the return.

## Shipping
Orders placed before 2 PM Eastern ship the same business day; all other
orders ship within 2 business days. Standard shipping is free on orders
over $50 and takes 3 to 5 business days. Express shipping (1 to 2
business days) is available for a flat $12.

## Warranty
All Acme power tools carry a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in
materials and workmanship. Hand tools carry a lifetime warranty. Warranty
claims require the original receipt or order number.
