Terms of Service

Formal terms of service are forthcoming. Until they are published, use of this website and the API Playground is governed by the following plain-language terms:

• The site and Playground are provided as-is. They are development and evaluation environments and may be unavailable or change at any time, without notice.
• Shared environment. Content submitted through the Playground to the shared development environment is public to other users of that environment. Do not submit confidential, personal, or production data.
• Acceptable use. Do not use the services to break the law, to harm others, or to probe, disrupt, or overload the infrastructure.
• Production use. Services consumed under a commercial agreement are governed by that agreement; these terms do not apply.
• Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Inaya Labs is not liable for damages arising from use of the public site, the Playground, or the shared development environment.
